RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN

• Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 Days have gone by since your purchase, no exchange or refund are not applicable.
• Return or exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
1. Manufacturer defect was found upon receiving the items.
2. Seller has delivered and Item that does not match with your order.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received.
• The item must be return in its original packaging
• Product should be return to the following address for further inspection;

• The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at the mentioned address above. Stekken Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. The Customer are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its original packaging.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Once your return is receiver and inspected, we will send you and email to notify that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with 14 working days.

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMING

We deliver worldwide (shipping rates vary), please contact us for worldwide delivery.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. The shipping fee depends on the weight and your location.

DELIVERED IN:

West Malaysia : 1-3 working days

East Malaysia : 3 – 7 working days

Subjected to the courier company terms and condition.

It depends on the weight, size and destination of the packages.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
